The property has easy access with a car which is a bit of a rarity in this village, especially, the historic area which often only has access by foot or by mule!

There is ample parking in the street and normally, you can park directly at the front of the property no need to trudge around with shopping! There is a further parking area at the end of the road.

The entrance to the property leads straight into a good size living room with feature fireplace. This room has a beamed ceiling and a lovely tiled floor. An archway leads through to the kitchen/dining room and stairs rise up to the first floor bedrooms.

The famous town of Ronda is just 20 mins drive away and here you have every amenity for a population of 45,000. It is a very historic area with prehistoric settlements having been found outside the town. The town itself was first settled in the 6th century BC and has many Moorish influences in architecture are to be found throughout the old town. The bullfighting ring is the oldest in Spain and the famous Puente Nuevo (New Bridge) built between 1751 and 1793 towers 120 meters above the canyon one of Spains most visited attractions.
