What really sets this house apart from many others though is the outside space – a rear terrace which is a great place to relax, dine alfresco and take in the amazing views.

Layout and accommodation…
The property has easy access with a car which is a bit of a rarity in this village, especially, the historic area which often only has access by foot or by mule!
There is ample parking in the street and normally, you can park directly at the front of the property – no need to trudge around with shopping! There is a further parking area at the end of the road.
The entrance to the property leads straight into a good size living room with feature fireplace. This room has a beamed ceiling and a lovely tiled floor. An archway leads through to the kitchen/dining room and stairs rise up to the first floor bedrooms.
The kitchen/dining room has plenty of space and the kitchen area is typically Andalusian – tiled work tops, open shelving and with a view out to the rear terrace and surrounding countryside.
The rear terrace is perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco – a covered area is used as a laundry space with a washing machine and storage space. The open area has space for a table and has great views over the open countryside and this view will never change.
Steps down to a lower terrace brings you to the Jacuzzi or plunge pool – this is perfect for use throughout the year. During the summer you can cool off with a good book and a G and during the cooler months, the warming Jacuzzi can be used to enjoy the stars at night. For those who enjoy an energetic holiday, walking or cycling it is also the perfect remedy for tired limbs!
Further steps down lead to a bath/shower room which is perfect when outside to save using the first floor bathroom.
A door also leads you out straight into the countryside which the house backs onto – this is perfect for anyone with dogs or children as you can wander off for hours directly from the property.
The stairs from the living room lead up to the first floor where we find…
Bedroom 1 – a good double room with amazing views across the adjoining olive groves and the mountains.
Bedroom 2 – a good size twin room
Bathroom – this is a very large room with a full size bath with shower over and a white suite.
