This charming country villa is located in a peaceful environment a short drive from the centre of Casabermeja, the A45 motorway and the famous Montes de Malaga Natural Park. This home really does offer the best of both worlds a quiet location to enjoy the countryside and wildlife but not isolated and within easy reach of local amenities, bars and restaurants.

Equally, if you are looking for a permanent home in a traditional area, surrounded by beauty and tranquillity this would easily fit the bill. As mentioned previously, the location doesnt mean you are isolated good access to Casabermeja, Malaga, the airport and the rest of Andaluca, this is the perfect place from which to explore and enjoy the whole of Andaluca.

The villa itself is a good size nearly 200M2 of built meters and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for the whole family. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and there is a degree of flexibility in terms of how the house is used going forward. Currently, the owners have a large living room with a feature stone fireplace and inset wood burning stove. There is a separate dining room which is where the house is entered and leads through to the living room.

The kitchen is well fitted with built in storage, granite worksurfaces, fitted appliances and there is also a separate utility room with plumbing, storage space and outside access.

The bedrooms are all generous the master bedroom is very large with French doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace and gardens. This room has a real sense of luxury and with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower cubicle, it really does feel like the master suite.

There are 2 padel courts and a tennis court. There is a lovely old church in the village and the local cemetery is a national monument and has featured in many Spanish television programmes. Malaga has more museums than any other city in Andaluca; over 30 at last count and new ones are opening all the time. Learn about the city through its wine, at the Wine Museum; its social history and customs, from the collection of 19th-century paintings at the new Carmen Thyssen museum; and its famous local personalities, such as the painter Felix Revello del Toro. For more art and design delights, you can visit museums of contemporary art, archaeology or glass.
