Direct from owners!

This detached house was originally built in 2006 but has never been occupied and is nearly new – ready for new owners to come in and make it their own.

Four bedrooms – 3 on the first floor and one on the ground floor make the house flexible – perfect if you want to swap the downstairs bedroom to an office or create a small hobby room.

Also, with three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two more upstairs this adds to the usability of this great value house.

The house measures 130M2 which is much larger than some of the similar houses in the area.

On the ground floor is a large living room, a kitchen (which needs to be fitted with units), a bedroom and bathroom.

Stairs rise up to the first floor and a hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en-suite to the larger bedroom).

Outside, there is a front terrace and a gated driveway – the garage mentioned on the Catastro is actually open at both ends but covered and it may be feasible to get permission to close this into a more secure garage space.

There is a small plunge pool and a small area of garden to make the place feel like home.

The reasons we feel this house will be popular…

♦ Great value detached house

♦ 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – 1 bed and 1 bath on the ground floor

♦ Pool and garden

♦ Carport with scope for garage

♦ South facing aspect

♦ Great access to Mollina, Antequera and motorway

♦ Urban land – no legality issues here

Mollina and Antequera

The town of Mollina is a bustling community with many foreign residents who have been happily living in the area for many years.

Located just off the A92, it is easy to see why this town is popular – great access to the local city of Antequera and fast access to Malaga, the coast and also the inland region of Sevilla.

Mollina has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and there really is no need to go further afield but for a bigger shop or more specific items, you can get anything you need in Antequera – a thriving city dating back thousands of years.

Summary – this house needs some TLC but it would make a great home for the right people and whilst needing a some love and a new kitchen, it is priced to sell.

As you may know, we help people to sell privately but in this instance, we are helping the legal firm called Del Prado and Partners (Nerja office) and they are available to answer questions you may have about this property.
