Location and surroundings

With amazing views over the lake, the village of Iznajar, you would imagine, youd be tucked down a long track which gets rutted in the winter you couldnt be further from the truth just 10mins along a tarmac road gets you to all of the bars, restaurants and local amenities in Iznajar village.

Iznajar village dates back to Moorish times and has a huge array of shops, bars, restaurants and other modern facilities including a health centre, banks, post office and sports facilities.

The lake is a huge attraction and during the summer, the beach becomes a hive of activity with water sports available.

For supermarkets, further facilities and even a hospital there are a range of options including Rute and Antequera, a city now famous for its dolmens (recently granted World Heritage status and the famous EL Torcal Natural Park.

Access from the property is excellent with Iznajar village just 5kms away, Granada Airport can be reached in around 50mins, Malaga Airport is approximately an hour and the A92 motorway is 15mins away.
