In honor of its patron saint, Nossa Senhora da Consolao, every year the parties take place on the 1st weekend of September, where the procession, arraial, the recitation of traditional tenths and the fireworks festival stand out.

You can visit the Church of Nossa Senhora da Consolao, the Gensio Pontes Ethnographic and Handicraft Museum, the Divor dam (located in an area with great potential for bird watching and where sports and leisure activities can also be practiced), among others.
