For sale direct from the owners!

This great value 3 bedroom village house is located in the heart of the historic & picturesque mountain village of Montejaque. This is a very popular village for residents and visitors alike, the location within the Parque Natural de la Sierra de Grazalema means the you are surrounded by beauty.

We feel this property is one of the best value properties available in the area well presented, with a rear patio space and a first-floor terrace, the house would make the perfect holiday home. Currently owned as a holiday home and successfully rented to visitors throughout the year, the property can be bought as seen with all furniture and fittings available.

Located in an elevated position, the property has terrific views across the village to the surrounding Natural Park. Being located in a small plaza, the property is not hemmed in by others and has a real feeling of space around it.

Also, there is the ability to park immediately outside the property this may not sound like much but when most of this village was built, the only transport was by foot or donkey! Being able to hire a car, park it outside, pick up shopping and not have to trek for 100 meters is a real benefit.

Ground Floor the house is entered into a large, open plan entrance area which in turn leads into the kitchen and breakfast room. The kitchen is typical Andaluz in style curtained storage spaces, a tiled work surface and space for a large fridge/freezer and an oven. A breakfast bar gives space to eat informally and separates the entrance area from the kitchen.

A door leads to one of the ground floor bedrooms. If the house were being used for personal use, this room could easily be changed to create a snug or dining room if the three bedrooms are not needed.

An archway leads through to the stairs and a door leads out to the rear patio space.

A further bedroom is on the ground floor as well as a family bathroom.

First floor up the stairs and you have a good-sized living room. This room has a feature fireplace and doors out to a lovely terrace with great views across the village and to the surrounding mountains and Natural Park.

Just off the terrace is a further room which needs finishing this is currently used as a store room but could be converted to create a snug or even a bathroom/toilet.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a beamed ceiling.

The key features of the property include:
