For sale direct from the owners!

This charming house was formed out of 3 smaller village houses around 15 years ago, and a spacious, versatile and characterful family home was created.

The house works extremely well as both a permanent family home or a good rental property with high yield it is fully licensed as a Vivienda Turstica de Alojamiento Rural so rentals are a great option. When the house was created, a great deal of thought went into the restoring of many original features terracotta tiles, old timber beams and traditional plastered walls. Overall, there is a great feeling of space and light which can be dicult to nd in an Andalucian village house.

There are three double bedrooms, two of which are very spacious and have their own private balconies and en-suite shower/bathrooms. The third bedroom is a smaller double with a separate bathroom.

The house is divided into two wings, which is great when you have guests to stay as they have their own staircase providing access to the two guest bedrooms.

The living room or snug is a comfortable room with open replace and the kitchen/dining room has double doors opening up to the swimming pool terrace and outside dining area.

On one wing, there are two guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. Up the second ight of stairs there is access to a lovely and relaxed sitting room and a further ight of stairs leads to the principal bedroom and large en-suite bathroom.

There is a small, additional downstairs shower room, adjacent to the swimming pool terrace, a larder and under stairs storage.

Saleres and the Lecrin Valley

The village of Saleres is one of the quietest of the small, traditional villages that dot the very popular Valle de Lecrin. This fertile area lies at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, halfway between the city of Granada and the Costa Tropical. It is known locally as the Valley of Oranges as oranges are one of the main crops; the heady scent of orange blossom in early Spring is divine.

There is a small bar in the village as well as a bakery and if further amenities are needed, the choice of local villages suits all needs.

There is a good network of non-Spanish permanent and part-time residents here, but the essence of the area remains resolutely Spanish.
